I recently relocated to Maryland and failed the state inspection due to the tint being too dark on my front windows. I sent a message asking if they could take off my tint (then put it back on) for inspection at 17:43 on a Friday night. William responded after hours, and we set up at 10a appointment the next morning. He was very friendly, and his team got the tint removed very quickly. They then let me drive over to the inspection place across the street to pass, and when I came back, we talked about what to put back on. The removal, getting inspection passed, and new tint put back on took barely an hour! Hella efficient, and would highly recommend. I'll be going back to get ceramic put on before summer.
